Payments Options:
We accept cash and all major credit cards online through PayPal, or if you prefer you can call and use your Visa or Mastercard. We can also take a personal check or money order, however, orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears. Please email us for address info if you wish to send a check or MO.
Delivery Times:
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt, unless an item is out of stock or on backorder. You will be notified within 24 hours if an item is on backorder or no longer available. Most packages will be sent USPS Priority Mail and should arrive 2-3 days after shipping, however, please allow 7-10 business days for ground delivery. Expedited delivery is available upon request. Shipping and Handling:
Shipping will be as close to actual cost as possible- we do not charge any handling fees. If the shopping cart charges much more than the actual cost to ship, then we will refund the difference. Additional shipping charges may apply to HI, AK, Canada and International orders. We will notify you prior to shipping if there will be any extra charges.
Sales Tax:
6.75% sales tax for Texas residents only.
Product Returns and Exchanges:
Items in unwashed, unused, new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit, less cost of shipping. Customers will be charged the actual shipping cost for reshipping an exchanged item along with a 10% restocking fee. You must contact us first before attempting to return or exchange an item.
Cancellations and Order Changes:
If you need to make any changes after completing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order has not shipped yet, you may still cancel it but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refusal of Deliveries:
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of an order are still responsible for the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. This includes items that were initially sent as "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included".
